Conflict Minerals Policy Statement

Zhongshan Zen Factory Ltd is committed to sourcing component / materials from the companies that share our valves regarding respect for human rights, integrity and environmental responsibility

Zen factory is committed to complying with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for responsible supply chain of minerals from conflict-affected and high-risk areas, as well as section 1502 of the Dodd-frank Act, which aims to prevent the use of minerals that directly or in adjoining countries (conflict minerals).

Supplier to Zenfactory are required to coming “conflict free” (which means that such supplier does not source conflict minerals) and sourcing only from conflict free smelters. Each supplier to Zenfactory is required to provided completed EICC-GeSI declarations evidencing such supplier’s commitment to becoming conflict-free and documenting countries of original for the tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold that it purchases.
